Verification

  • All orders are subject to ID verification. This may require a copy of your identification card, artist license, and shop information.
  • Verification may take 1–2 days once the required documents are received. Please call or email if you have questions.

Process & shipment

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after required verification and full payment is received.
  • Shipment time varies (typically 2–7 business days) depending on your address.
  • Free ground shipping on orders $100+ within the continental United States.
  • Orders must be placed before 2 PM PST to ship the same day.
  • Shipping damages must be reported upon receipt of the package.
  • Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 5 days of purchase.
  • Photos of defective products are required. Products must be in original packaging.
  • * PO Boxes are excluded and may be subject to additional fees.

Return policy

  • Items must not be opened or used.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
  • We do not accept returns for: Books, DVD, Thermal Machine, Tattoo Machines, Power Supplies, Custom Made Items, and sale items.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be charged for any items returned.

Repair

  • If a tattoo device is broken or not operating as designed, it may be a cable or adapter issue (not the machine or grip).
  • Contact us or bring the machine to our warehouse to have it checked.
